Situated in a serene environment, Sapphire Room is a multi-purpose room perfect for trainings, workshops, seminars, networking event and conferences. It is outfitted with state of the art facilities, customizable on meetings purpose and easily accessible.

Capacity

The Sapphire room hosts events with 20 seats arranged in a banquet style and 30 seats in theatre style.

Terms and Condition

All bookings are subject to VOY’s grace period policy which provides refunds for bookings cancelled within 6 hours from the receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 14 days prior to the event start time. Note that a 15% administrative cost will apply under such circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking until 14 days before the event start time at a cost and will receive a refund (minus a 15% administrative charge) of their Booking Price.

Guests may also cancel their booking 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding 15% administrative charges) of their booking price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.
