The Emerald Courtyard hosts events with 25 seats arranged in a banquet style and 35 seats in theatre style.

Terms and Condition

All bookings are subject to VOY’s grace period policy which provides refunds for bookings cancelled within 6 hours from the receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 14 days prior to the event start time. Note that a 15% administrative cost will apply under such circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking until 14 days before the event start time at a cost and will receive a refund (minus a 15% administrative charge) of their Booking Price.

Guests may also cancel their booking 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding 15% administrative charges) of their booking price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.
